Shipping Policy (B2B Customers)

Effective Date: June 26, 2025

This Shipping Policy applies to all business (B2B) customers placing orders through our store. We offer flexible logistics solutions, including sea freight, air freight, and support for third-party freight forwarders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed only after full payment is received.

  • Ready-to-ship orders: 3–7 business days.

  • Bulk or customized orders (e.g. custom logo, packaging): 15–30 business days depending on order volume and customization level.

  • We will confirm the exact lead time after order confirmation.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options. Customers are free to choose their preferred shipping method:

Air Freight

  • Suitable for urgent or small-volume shipments

  • Fast delivery times but higher cost

🚢 Sea Freight

  • Ideal for bulk orders

  • Lower cost, longer transit time (LCL or FCL available)

📦 Use Your Own Freight Forwarder

  • Customers are encouraged to use their own logistics providers if preferred

  • We can cooperate with your appointed forwarder or warehouse

  • If you do not have one, we can help coordinate with our trusted logistics partners for international shipping


3. Shipping Costs

  • Product prices do not include shipping unless otherwise specified

  • Final shipping costs are calculated based on volume, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method

  • All logistics quotations will be shared for confirmation prior to dispatch


4. Customs & Import Duties

  • International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import taxes, and duties

  • Buyers are responsible for all related customs fees unless DDP terms are agreed in advance

  • We will assist by providing required documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.)

Note: Delivery times are estimated and subject to change due to customs clearance, port delays, or seasonal fluctuations.


6. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • We will provide a tracking number and link as soon as your shipment is dispatched

  • If no tracking is received within 3 business days after shipment notice, please contact us

  • For bulk shipments, please inspect all items within 48 hours of receipt. Late reports may not be accepted


7. Logistics Support

  • Customers may use their own freight forwarders or shipping agents

  • If needed, we’re happy to assist by recommending and coordinating with reliable international shipping partners

  • Final transportation choices and risks are the customer’s responsibility — we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value shipments
