This Shipping Policy applies to all business (B2B) customers placing orders through our store. We offer flexible logistics solutions, including sea freight, air freight, and support for third-party freight forwarders.
All orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Ready-to-ship orders: 3–7 business days.
Bulk or customized orders (e.g. custom logo, packaging): 15–30 business days depending on order volume and customization level.
We will confirm the exact lead time after order confirmation.
We offer the following shipping options. Customers are free to choose their preferred shipping method:
Suitable for urgent or small-volume shipments
Fast delivery times but higher cost
Ideal for bulk orders
Lower cost, longer transit time (LCL or FCL available)
Customers are encouraged to use their own logistics providers if preferred
We can cooperate with your appointed forwarder or warehouse
If you do not have one, we can help coordinate with our trusted logistics partners for international shipping
Product prices do not include shipping unless otherwise specified
Final shipping costs are calculated based on volume, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method
All logistics quotations will be shared for confirmation prior to dispatch
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import taxes, and duties
Buyers are responsible for all related customs fees unless DDP terms are agreed in advance
We will assist by providing required documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.)

Final transportation choices and risks are the customer’s responsibility — we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value shipments
